With over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Cindy is passionate about building brands that make high-quality beauty accessible to everyone.
Her career has taken her from CEO of "Cosmetix", one of South Africa's most successful beauty distribution businesses, to now bringing some of Europe's top-performing & most -loved beauty brands to Australia.
A natural leader and champion of purpose-driven business, Cindy believes beauty should be fun, inclusive and confidence-boosting for everyone.
Cindy's passion for the beauty industry aligns closely with her passion for empowering all women, a value that has remained central throughout her journey - from her years as a former Miss South Africa and Miss Universe runner-up to becoming a successful entrepreneur, speaker and mentor.
She is a guru in the field of Beauty, and loves to utilize her platforms to uplift and encourage others with her stories, experiences and authenticity.
Cindy boasts an array of achievements, including nominations as "Most Stylish Woman", over 60 magazine covers, local and international modelling endorsements. She's a published author and also hosts her own beauty talk show.

Clive Roberts is a serial entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience building and scaling successful businesses across technology, manufacturing and the beauty industry. At just 27 years old, he became the youngest person in South Africa to list a company on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, laying the foundation for a career defined by innovation, strategic growth and entrepreneurial vision.
After founding and growing Cosmetix into one of South Africa's leading beauty distribution companies, Clive co-founded GoodCleanBeautyCo with his wife, Cindy. Together, they have brought some of Europe's most-loved beauty brands to Australia, combining global industry expertise with a passion for making innovative, high-quality beauty products accessible to more consumers.
Known for his commercial insight and ability to identify emerging opportunities, Clive continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and long-term growth of GoodCleanBeautyCo.
